Vista Room
This second-floor room overlooking the bay is perfect for larger gatherings, including banquets, happy hours, conferences, or parties. It can also be subdivided for simultaneous meetings. Need even more space? This room spills out onto a balcony that runs the length of the building! Let the views inspire your event!

Dining Room
Any meal will feel extraordinary under the dramatic ceiling and expansive windows looking out onto the dunes! The Dining Room can comfortably seat up to 60 guests for a meal or a meeting, or you can take advantage of the adjacent porch and eat to the sound of the gentle waves of the bay behind you!

Fireplace Room
Our Fireplace Room sits at the heart of the venue, ready to welcome your guests with cocktails or send them home with favors. The sweeping views out the two-story windows will make a dramatic first impression for any event, and our working wood fireplace will make a warm welcome in the colder months! Perfect for showers or other intimate parties, this room is a canvas waiting for you!

Porches & Balconies
Our facility takes advantage of its bayfront situation with two floors of balcony porches that run the length of the building! Perfect for cocktail hours, receptions, or parties! The first floor spills out onto open space behind the dunes, while the second floor serves up every inch of our delicious horizon!

Gazebo
Perched just behind the dunes, the Gazebo is both intimate and airy, providing 360-degree views of our exquisite setting while making guests feel nestled and special. No photo shoot is complete without a shot in this unique space that can be decorated to suit your fancy!
Tents
For those moments when you want everyone in the same room, our partnered vendors are skilled at setting up elegant, climate-controlled tents directly behind our facility for your convenience and comfort. Tents can accommodate up to 200 guests. (Tent rental fees apply.)
Open Spaces
Sometimes you've just got to get out and enjoy the natural world! Our three-acre complex offers space for open-air ceremonies, picnics, active field games, and more! Our dedicated beach access will even let you get your feet wet if you wish!
(The adjacent beach is public, unguarded, and subject to City of Lewes regulations. Swimming without a lifeguard is strongly discouraged.)
