Piccolo Positano: Let the flavors of the Mediterranean transport you to another seaside town with all the taste Italy has to offer: fresh burrata salad, carbonara flatbreads, chicken saltimboca, or seafood risotto!
Easy Livin': Relax into the best food summer has to offer! Nectarine and corn salad, roasted asparagus with lemon and olive oil, grilled flank steak with chimichurri, or fresh fish with spring onions and lemon butter. Top it off with summer berries, peaches, or a grown-up ice cream sundae bar! (Seasonal items available May–September)
Un Jour Parfait: When you need everything just right, trust the French! These recipes have been perfected to deliver that je ne sais quoi with every bite: Mini croque-monsieurs and gougères, boeuf bourguignon, salade Niçoise, ratatouille, crêpes or creme brûlée... Magnifique!
Warm Wonders: Summer isn't the only season the beach is beautiful! Watch the snow meet the waves over a bowl of French onion soup or butternut squash bisque, then fight off the cold with beef stew, chicken and biscuits, or crab cakes!
